Okay so the way this will work is the person in charge of a section will be a moderator in there board. This means they will have moderator powers but only in the board they are in charge of.
Okay another thing. The way people are going to subscribe to the magazine is they will come here. I have set it so guests can view the category subscribe. That's the only category they can see though so don't think they can see everything. What they will do is the will fill out a form (by starting a thread) and then post it. The problem is we need there email in that form. So in order to prevent guests from viewing the forms we need someone that can move the forms somewhere else once they are submitted.
